Future of Convenience is a 5 day programme. However, delegates can attend single, or multiple days.

Our day rate is £495 + VAT per person. Dinners are £150 per person. A 20% super early bird discount is available for confirmed reservations received by 15th February, 2012.

Scandinavian track - Delegates are recommended to arrive in Oslo on Sunday.

UK Track - Delegates are recommended to arrive in Manchester on Sunday.

Monday 24th September Store Visit Day: delegates choose either Norway or UK Options

Scandinavian track begins

Morning:	Scandinavian programme begins in Oslo with Insight briefing on Scandinavian market with participation from key market players.
Afternoon:	Retailer hosted store visits including new Statoil highway format petroleum retail site in Minnesund, Norway and brand new 7 Eleven and Narvesen convenience stores operated by Reitan Servicehandel.
Evening:	Scandinavian supplier sponsored dinner in Oslo with key players in Scandinavian industry and guest speaker.

UK track begins

Morning:	UK programme begins in Manchester with Insight briefing on UK market with participation from key market players.
Afternoon:	Retailer hosted store visits including new Morrison’s M local convenience store format in Manchester, UK.
Evening:	Train from Manchester Piccadilly to London Euston station. (Duration 2 hours, 10 minutes).

Tuesday 25th September Store Visit Day

Scandinavian track continues

Morning:	Retailer hosted store visits including Shell/7 Eleven petroleum.
Afternoon:	Retailer hosted store visits.
Evening:	Flight to London HRW from Oslo Gardermoen airport.

UK track continues

Morning:	Retailer hosted store visits including Shell Waitrose petroleum retail format, the latest ?little? Waitrose convenience store.
Afternoon:	Central London store visits.
Evening:	At leisure.

Wednesday 26th September Conference & Exhibition Day at the British Library, London

Presenters include; Tim Chalk, CEO, 7 Eleven Hong Kong, Keith Wright, Head of Convenience and PFS at Morrison’s and Deborah Robinson, Managing Director at SPAR UK. Eb Mukhtar, Programme Manager for Optimization and Simplification from Tesco’s Supply Chain Team will provide a case study on improving product availability in Express. Review of entries for the Insight NACS International Retailer of the Year 2012.

Evening:

Insight NACS International Convenience Retailer of the Year and new Global Product Availability Initiative award, both sponsored by Imperial Tobacco. at Grand Connaught Rooms, London.

Thursday 27th September Conference & Exhibition Day at the British Library, London

Presenters include; Jacob Schram, CEO, Statoil Fuel & Retail ASA, Joe Barrett, Director, Applegreen and Mark Wohltmann, Senior Manager, Nielsen Convenience Competence Center. We will also feature a pre-recorded interview from Dublin with QuikTrip CEO Chet Cadieux about the relevance of innovations in the UK/Irish markets for the US convenience industry. Presentation by Insight NACS International Retailer of the Year 2012 Award winner.

Evening:

Flight to Dublin from London HRW for delegates joining Ireland Store Visits.

Friday 28th September Store Visit Day
